Full Moon in Cancer 2020
First Full Moon of this New Year is here, it will be in the sign of Cancer, which regent is The Moon.
This Friday, you will be able to feel its energy. This full moon will make you feel more sensitive, emotional, and intuitive. This is the perfect time to transmute any negative feelings from the past or present.
The Universe is telling you to connect with your higher self and allow yourself to listen to your inner voice. It is the time to reconcile with your own emotions and let it out so that you can grow internally.
Here are some of the things you can do either a day before, the day of, or the day after the Full Moon in
You can do this in a bath to connect with the element of water. If you can't do it in a bath, you can just place some water in a jar while you are doing the meditation.
- Allow yourself to find a calm place, and start breathing normally, be conscious of your breath.
- After, you feel calm start meditating, it doesn't have to be for a long time, if you can do it for 5 or 10 minutes it's okay.
- Allow yourself to experience any emotion and visualize yourself with the element of water, that is cleansing your mind, body and spirit.
- Once you finish with the meditation write a letter. Write about what you felt during meditation, the feelings that you need to resolve, you can write anything that resonates with you at that moment. When you are done you can simply burn the letter and put the ashes under a tree or a plant.
