Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice

December 21, 2019

Today in the Northern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice is considered the shortest day of the year or the longest night of the year. On the other hand in the Southern Hemisphere will be the Summer Solstice bringing the light back considering the longest day of the year.

It doesn't really matter what Hemisphere you live, the energy is strong and can make you feel emotionally sensitive.

These energies will allow you connect easier with the higher divine dimensions. Going for meditation, taking a walk in nature, being thankful for what you have, write a letter to someone you think you hurt will help you feel much better, being conscious and recognizing your true self, allow yourself to be alone and quite the mind, be present, allow yourself to listen to the Universe, re-connect with yourself and Mother Earth.

I hope that you have a harmonious Solstice either if you are in the North or the South.

Celebrate the dark and celebrate the light, we live in a duality, three dimensional space, we need dark and light to appreciate both.

Embrace with the energy and celebrate life! Happy Solstice 2020!
